Casey Seawell Freeman of CSF Ceramics is a storyteller and her medium is clay. Her handmade tableware is functional and meant to be used in the ritual of everyday life. Casey hand builds, slip casts, or wheel throws each piece in her studio in Richmond, Virginia. The work reflects her personal inspiration from the natural world… each piece has meaning.
Tulip: love, abundance & time. A gesture of love… from a partner, a parent, or a friend. The tulip is linked with the sun and the passage of time, opening each day at dawn and closing as the sun goes down.
Hand etched with black inlay. Expect slight variations from the photo.
Measures: 7" x 11".
