Mara Superior was one of Pinch's founders (at that time it was called Pinch Pottery) in 1979. Her lovely, detailed, sometimes political, porcelain work is now internationally known. Her work can be found in public and private collections, including the White House Collection of American Craft, Renwick Gallery, Smithsonian Institution, Museum of Arts and Design in NYC, and LA County Museum of Art.
